Good product .. company sould attach installation manual …flipkart delivery guy was arrogant .. after many request and my help .. he agreed to deliever at door step ..Flipkart should tell their guys to deliver at customers door step no matter what the situations are.
Disappointed with delivery..How one can order big items if their delivery guy shows such arrogance and need our help to unload it from auto or truck.

Leatherette material has started wearing out in less than 3 months post purchase – when I contacted the seller, they have not been responsive and indicating that this is not within warranty – plz do not buy this chair as it is not worth the price that we paid

The quality of chair is absolutely not worth the price. Only the seating is fine quality wise. The wheels don’t move, so the revolving of the chair is impossible, you have to literally drag it. The lever to adjust height has broker in the first few days of use. Even when it hadn’t broken, I could never adjust the height really. One of the knob/button on the armrest has come off. The chair has also lost shape in just 2 months of use, it’s bent on one side.
Nothing worth the price I have received, just a leather seat to place myself.
