Warranty summary (for Products sold within Indian Territory)

  • Every Product sold at DZYNFURNITURES.COM has a fixed tenure of warranty depending upon the class of Item Purchased.
  • Warranty Terms are specified at the time of Sale.
  • In the case of a warranty, the Customer has to contact Brand on [email protected] or give us a call on 00918569968780.
  • The Customer should register the product with Brand within 30 days of purchase to avail warranty.

How to Claim Warranty

  • In case the Customer faces an unfortunate event, and he needs assistance under warranty, he may raise a mail @ [email protected] or call us / WhatsApp on 00918569968780.
  • The Customer has to specify Warranty Identification Number(WIN), received at the time of registration of the product with the Brand post Sale.
  • In case the Complaint is not resolved within 14 days of the initial request, he may directly escalate the complaint on Grievance Cell.
  • The Customer is required to provide Images / Video of the Product detailing the damage concern.
  • Our Support Staff will follow up with you till your concern for the warranty is completed.

Warranty Tenure

The Duration of Warranty will be effective from the date of Invoice of the Product.

Not covered in Warranty

  • Damage to the product due to any improper use/installation by Customer.
  • Any Use of the Product beyond its Standard Capacity and General Purpose of Usability.
  • All Kinds of Wear & Tear.
  • All Transportation & Handling Expenses Incurred While Replacing Or Repairing Will Be Payable By The Customer.
  • Any After Market Modification will lead to Breach of Warranty.
  • All Kinds of Fabrics/Leatherette/Polish/Consumables are not covered under warranty
  • Products not registered with Brand within 30 days of Sale

Terms & Conditions

  • Limited Warranty refers to that the Brand is responsible for repair / part replace / fully replace the Product purchased from DZYN Furnitures through its Authorised Channel Partners only.
  • Maximum Liability of the Brand is the Invoice Amount Paid by the Customer at the time of Purchase.
  • In case of Refunds under warranty, Life of the Product will be considered as 03 Years, and the Depreciation will be deducted accordingly.
  • All Kinds of Repair / Part Replace / fully Replace / Partial Refund / Full Refund is as per the discretion of the Brand.
  • The Defect must be notified to the Brand within 07 days of occurance
  • The Standard Warranty is subject to Terms & Conditions provided at the time of Sale along with the below mentioned conditions.
  • The Warranty is for a Single Time Incidental Use only

The Product should be registered on within 30 days from the date of Purchase.
