to help you understand the details of placing international orders with us.

Q1. Can I place an order from outside India?

Yes, we welcome orders from customers worldwide. You may select the currency at the top right corner of any page, and there you go, international shipping will be activated. Alternatively, at the time of providing address, you may add your country, to see the final price for your country. We ship upto your nearest port to your address mentioned, with all standard taxes and customs paid. Further shipping from Port to your address, is customer’s responsibility. Our international order services allow you to purchase our products from anywhere around the globe.

Q2. What countries do you ship to?

We ship to every country that is connected to Sea Worlwide.

Q3. What currency do you accept the payment into?

We are accepting the payments in INR. The Final price will be converted to INR at the Bank’s conversion rate, with minimum conversion rate.

Q4. How can I pay for an international order?

You can pay via PayPal, Net Banking, all Credit Cards with International Payments activated, and other payment methods accepted in India including UPI, Wallet, PayLater etc.

Q5. Are there different product ranges available for international customers?

We ship almost all our products internationally. You may select any of the product from our catalog.

Q6. How are international shipping costs calculated?

The final price shown covers all types of associated costs including shipping costs till your nearest Sea Port. Further shipping costs from Port to Your Address shall be borne by you.

Q7. Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

We do not charge any additional fees will port delivery for International Orders.

Q8. Do I need to pay any Custom Duty or Taxes in my State?

The Final Price we charge for International Orders includes Indian Taxes & Custom duty, Shipping costs, Packaging Costs, and if any std. custom duty payable at the final Delivery Sea Port. In general, there is no additional costs payable by you.

Q9. How long will it take to receive my order?

Apart from Manufacturing time, international shipping generally takes 4-8 weeks.

Q10. What about the Packaging for International Order?

We ship the product in 7-10 layers sturdy packaging, completely covered with 10mm wooden crate, drop test passed. Our Packaging is strong enough to withheld all shipping jerks, and we deliver the finest made teak wood product for you internationally.

Q11. Can I track my international order?

Yes, once the order is in final vessel, you may track the shipment status.

NOTE: There is limited tracking information in International Order. So we request you to patiently wait for your order, as per the shared timeline along with the order.

Q12. What is your return policy for international orders?

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we do not accept any cancellations/returns for such orders. Please review your choices carefully before ordering.

Q13. What if my furniture arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve a replair subject to availability of professional assistance nearby your location. We have service associates in limited countries around the world. Even if we are unable to provide you a repair assistance, we ship the spared to you.

Q14. Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Due to the rapid processing of orders for international shipping, changes may not be possible once an order has been confirmed. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Q16. Do you provide assembly services for international orders?

Most of our products require very basic installation. Currently, we do not offer assembly services for international orders.

Q17. What are the warranty terms for international purchases?

We do not offer Door Step Warranty for International Order, though we assist in shipping spares on a case by case basis.

Q18. Can I order custom furniture for international delivery?

Yes, we accept custom furniture for international delivery, but the same takes additional time for delivery.

Q19. Who handles customs clearance for my order?

Customs clearance is typically handled by the shipping provider, and we have included the known custom fees for all popular destinations. In any rare event of an additional fees being charged, or not known to us the customer will have to borne the same.

Q20. Do you provide certificate of origin and other associated certificates?

We provide every document that is required include Certificate of Origin or any other associated documentation / certificates. There is no additional fees of any kind for documentation.

Q21. How do I get customer support for international orders?

Q22. What should I do if I need to return an item for repair under warranty?

Due to high international shipping charges, and associated documentation for cross-border goods movement, we do not offer such return/replacement. We offer Repaid at doorstep if possible, else we send spares required.

Q23. Can I use promotional codes on international orders?

All Current Website Promotional codes are applicable on international orders too.

Q24. How are exchange rates calculated for international orders?

We have tied up with leading banks for exchange rates. The exchange rates are calculated with minimum dropouts, and vary on daily basis.

Q25. What packaging materials are used for international shipments?

We use A grade polywrap, followed with bubble wrap. To prevent shocks a final layer of 5mm EP is wrapped. Finally the product is packed in 7 layered corrugated box, and to prevent any damage from accidental drop, a 10mm actual wood is used to cover the corrugated box packaging.

Q26. Can I place an order over the phone for international delivery?

Yes, we welcome any order placed over phone or whatsapp.

Q27. What happens if my order is lost during shipping?

In such a rare case, we issue a new product at the earliest.

Q29. Is there a difference in product quality between local and international orders?

Yes, International Ordered Products are more refined than local orders. Packaging is also more sturdy in comparison, since the distance to be travelled is 10x the national delivered orders.

Q30. Do you have any Reseller/Dealer for international orders in US/UK?

We are a Direct 2 Consumer Brand. To maintain quality and optimum price, we discard any middlemen, that may come in between and increase the pricing.

Q31. Are there seasonal variations in delivery times for international orders?

Yes, during High Season time of Aug-Nov, the orders might get delayed a bit.
