These Terms of Service explain the rules for using dzynfurnitures.com and for buying from DZYN Furnitures. Reading them, together with our policies, helps you know exactly what to expect when you browse and when you order.

1. General

  • These terms ("Terms") apply to your use of dzynfurnitures.com (the "Website") and to every product bought from DZYN Furnitures, whether the order is placed on the Website, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email. The Website is owned and operated by Kusum Relan & Co., a proprietorship firm trading as DZYN Furnitures, of 62/1/2/2 2-9, 62/2/2 4-16, Jagdishpur Road, Harsana Kalan, Sonipat, Haryana 131001, India (GSTIN 06CFDPR7645E2Z9, IEC CFDPR7645E) ("DZYN Furnitures", "we", "us" or "our", including its successors and assigns). Users of the Website and customers are referred to as "you" or "your".
  • Please read these Terms carefully before buying any product or using any service on the Website. Any purchase you make signifies that you accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. You are also bound by any additional terms shown with a product, or stated in your written order confirmation or proforma invoice ("Additional Terms"). If these Terms and the Additional Terms differ, the Additional Terms take precedence for that sale.
  • Use of the Website is offered to you subject to your acceptance of these Terms and of the notices on the Website, including any changes we post. By using the Website or any facility or service provided through it, or by merely browsing it, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
  • The following policies form part of these Terms: the Shipping Policy, the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy. On shipping, returns, refunds, cancellation and personal data, the specific policy applies.
  • We may change these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Website. We are not required to notify you individually of a change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page, and it is your responsibility to check the Terms from time to time. We may ask you to consent to updated Terms in a specified manner before further use of the Website; if we do not, your continued use of the Website is your acceptance of the changes. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
  • If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website to make a purchase.

2. Our business

  • DZYN Furnitures makes solid teak pooja mandirs and furniture in its own factory in Sonipat, Haryana, and sells direct to customers in India and abroad. The Website facilitates the online sale of products made or supplied by us, together with services provided by third parties such as logistics partners and payment providers ("Services").
  • We sell online only. We have no store or showroom, and our factory is not open to visitors. To see wood, finishes and sizes before you order, you can book a free video consultation.
  • We may change or discontinue any Service at any time without notice, and may add to or modify the procedures, modes, processes or conditions of purchase at any time. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any aspect of the Services.

3. Products

  • The Website offers a variety of products. The wood and materials used in each product are listed on its product page. Shipping of all products is governed by our Shipping Policy, which we may change from time to time.
  • Exactness not guaranteed. We do our best to deliver products exactly as they appear on the Website. However, every piece is handmade in natural wood and is unique. Grain, texture, shade, polish tone, carving depth and weight may vary by up to about 10% from the photographs, and colours can look different on different screens. This natural variation is not a defect, and we do not guarantee exactness of finish or appearance beyond generally accepted standards.
  • Size and access. Please check the product dimensions against your wall space, doors, lift, stairs and the final placement area before ordering. We are not responsible if a piece cannot be moved in or placed because of access or a wrong measurement.
  • Assembly. Products arrive 90% pre-installed; you only fit small parts such as handles, knobs or shelves. On-site installation is not included unless it is confirmed in writing for your order.
  • Custom and made-to-order pieces. Size, wood, finish and other details of a custom, made-to-order, altered-size, special-finish or personalised piece are confirmed with you in writing (including by WhatsApp or email) before production. Such pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started and are not returnable, as set out in the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong products. If you receive a damaged product, please note the damage on the delivery receipt (POD) and bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel. Damage, a defect, a missing part or a wrong product must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp, phone or email. We verify every report and then repair, replace or refund as set out in the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Our decision after verification on whether a product is damaged or defective is final, subject to your rights under law.
  • Warranty. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. The warranty term for each piece is shown on its product page, and the full terms are on our Warranty page. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original buyer.

4. Your responsibility

  • You take full responsibility for your own actions in using the products you buy, including following the care guidance we share. DZYN Furnitures is not liable for any such action.
  • You confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws applicable in India.
  • We are not responsible for any shortfall in the payment due for a product. We are not obliged to make or dispatch a product until payment has been received as agreed for that order.

5. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch the product. For orders placed by phone, WhatsApp or email, and for international orders, the order is confirmed on the terms of our written confirmation or proforma invoice.
  • We may decline or cancel an order — for example because of a pricing or listing error, an address that cannot be served, a product that is no longer available, or suspected fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid is refunded to the account from which the payment was made.

6. Pricing information

  • The price of a product is the price disclosed to you at the time of your purchase.
  • We try to offer you the best prices possible on the products you buy through the Website. However, we do not guarantee that a price will be the lowest in any city, region or geography. Prices and availability may change without notice and without any consequential liability to you.
  • We try to provide accurate information about products and services, including prices, but typographical and other errors may occur. If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. We may correct the price and contact you for further instructions using the email address or phone number you gave us, or cancel the order and notify you. If we cancel the order after the payment has been processed, the amount is refunded to the account from which the payment was made.
  • Prices on the Website can go up or down for various reasons. Once you place an order, you are liable to pay the amount displayed on the date of the order and shown on the invoice.
  • Prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown in any other currency are indicative conversions for your convenience; unless your proforma invoice states another currency, payment is taken in INR and your bank's conversion rate and charges apply.

7. Payments and card details

  • You may pay by the methods shown at checkout or on your proforma invoice. Depending on your location and the order, these may include credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, EMI, cash on delivery within India, PayPal and bank transfer.
  • You may be required to give your credit or debit card or other payment details to the approved payment gateways when making a payment. You agree to provide correct and accurate details, and not to use a card or payment instrument that you do not lawfully own or are not authorised to use.
  • Payment details are processed by the payment gateways. DZYN Furnitures does not store your card number or CVV. The information you provide is not used or shared with any third party except as needed to process the payment, for fraud verification, or as required by law, regulation or court order. See our Privacy Policy.
  • You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your card and payment details. DZYN Furnitures expressly disclaims all liability arising from any unauthorised use of your card or payment instrument.
  • Bank offers, no-cost EMI and similar benefits are provided by banks and payment providers on their own terms. How they are treated in a refund is set out in the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

8. Delivery of the product

  • Delivery areas, shipping charges, dispatch, tracking, delivery attempts, assembly and international shipping are set out in our Shipping Policy. Shipping is free across India.
  • Your delivery address and pincode are confirmed when you pay for your purchase. If an address cannot be served by our delivery partners, we will ask you for an alternate delivery address that they can serve. We are not responsible for non-delivery to an address that our delivery partners cannot serve.
  • If you order several products in one transaction, we try to ship them together, but this may not always be possible. If you want products from one transaction delivered to different addresses, please tell us when you order.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, damaged, defective or wrong products, change-of-mind returns, RTO (return to origin), deductions and refund timelines are governed only by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms gives a longer or shorter time limit than that policy.

10. International orders

Orders delivered outside India are also subject to the international section of the Shipping Policy, the terms on our International Orders page and your proforma invoice. In particular: customs duties, import taxes and destination charges are paid by the buyer unless we agree otherwise in writing; the buyer is responsible for checking that the product can be imported; international orders are not returnable for change of mind; and doorstep warranty service is not available outside India.

11. Eligibility to use

  • The Services are not available to minors. In India, persons under 18 years of age are minors. If you live outside India, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are eligible to enter into a contract. If you do not meet this requirement, you are not permitted to use the Services. You confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving Services under the laws applicable in India.
  • We reserve the right to refuse access to the Services to new users, or to end the access given to existing users, at any time, with or without giving reasons.

12. User account, password and security

  • We may make some Services available to you only if you have given us certain required information or created an account ("Account") with a login ID and password or other login method (together, the "Account Information"). The Services may also be subject to procedures for use of the Website, guides, rules, Additional Terms or other notices. If these Terms and the Additional Terms differ, the Additional Terms take precedence for that service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Account Information confidential and are fully responsible for all activity under your Account. You agree to (i) notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your Account Information or any other breach of security, and (ii) log out of your Account at the end of each session. DZYN Furnitures cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these conditions. You may be held liable for losses incurred by DZYN Furnitures or by any other user of or visitor to the Website because of authorised or unauthorised use of your Account as a result of your failure to keep your Account Information secure and confidential.
  • You must make sure that the Account Information you provide is complete, accurate and up to date. Using another user's Account Information to use the Services is expressly prohibited.
  • If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or that becomes so), or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect this, we may suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website or any part of it.

13. User obligations

  • Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DZYN Furnitures grants you a non-exclusive, limited privilege to access and use the Website.
  • You agree to use the Services, the Website and the materials provided on it only for purposes permitted by (i) these Terms and (ii) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practice or guideline in the relevant jurisdictions.
  • You agree to follow all limits on dissemination, use and reproduction of any materials (such as product catalogues) that you access on the Website.
  • You agree not to access, or attempt to access, the Website, the materials or the Services by any means other than the interface we provide. You must not use any deep-link, robot, spider or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any part of the Website or the Content (as defined below), or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Website, the materials or any Content, or obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information by any means not specifically made available through the Website.
  • By using the Website or the Services you may be exposed to content from other users, such as reviews, that you may consider offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. DZYN Furnitures disclaims all liability arising from such content. You may report such content as described in section 23.
  • Where the Website allows you to post or upload any material (for example a review, a photograph or a message), you undertake that the material is not offensive and complies with applicable law. You also undertake not to:
    • defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
    • impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
    • publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information through any bookmark, tag or keyword;
    • upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, unless you own or control the rights to it or have received all necessary consents;
    • upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Website or another person's computer;
    • engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts access to the Website or the Services, or the servers and networks connected to the Website;
    • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part or feature of the Website, to any other system or network connected to the Website, to any DZYN Furnitures server, or to any of the Services, by hacking, password mining or any other illegitimate means;
    • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Website or any network connected to it, or breach the security or authentication measures on the Website or any network connected to it; reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to the Website, or any other customer of DZYN Furnitures, including any Account not owned by you, to its source; or exploit the Website, the Services or any information made available through the Website in any way, whether or not the purpose is to reveal any information, including personal identification information;
    • disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Website, systems, resources, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through the Website or any affiliated or linked sites;
    • collect or store data about other users;
    • use any device or software to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website or any transaction being conducted on it, or with any other person's use of the Website;
    • use the Website or any material or Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity that infringes the rights of DZYN Furnitures or of third parties;
    • conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters;
    • download any file posted by another user that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in that manner;
    • falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices, proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded;
    • violate any code of conduct or other guidelines that may apply to a Service;
    • violate any applicable laws or regulations for the time being in force within or outside India;
    • violate these Terms, including any applicable Additional Terms; or
    • reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or software obtained from the Website.
  • You agree that you are solely responsible to DZYN Furnitures and to any third party for any breach of your obligations under these Terms, and for the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage that DZYN Furnitures or its vendors may suffer.

14. Use of materials

  • Except where these Terms or any Additional Terms say otherwise, DZYN Furnitures grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, which we may revoke on notice, to view, download and print product catalogues and other materials available on the Website, on these conditions:
    • you may access and use the materials only for personal, informational and internal purposes, in accordance with these Terms;
    • you may not modify or alter the product catalogues or any other materials available on the Website; and
    • you may not remove any text, copyright or other proprietary notice contained in the product catalogues or any other materials available on the Website.
  • The rights granted above do not apply to the design, layout or look and feel of the Website. These elements are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. The product catalogues and other materials available on the Website may not be copied or retransmitted unless we expressly permit it.

15. Usage conduct

  • You are solely responsible for the computer equipment and internet connection needed to access, use and transact on the Website.
  • You must use the Website for reasonable and lawful purposes only, and must not engage in any activity that the Website is not intended for.
  • DZYN Furnitures is under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorisation for any transaction, for any reason whatsoever.

16. Intellectual property rights

  • The Website and its processes, and their selection and arrangement, including all text, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, sounds and music (if any), artwork and computer code (together, the "Content"), are owned and controlled by DZYN Furnitures or its licensors. The design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, look and feel and arrangement of the Content are protected by copyright, design, patent and trademark laws and other intellectual property rights.
  • The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the Website ("Marks") are the property of DZYN Furnitures or of other third parties. You may not use the Marks without the prior consent of DZYN Furnitures or of the third party that owns them.
  • DZYN Furnitures owns all intellectual property rights in the trademark "DZYN Furnitures" and its variants and in the domain name dzynfurnitures.com, including all rights, title and interest in copyright, related rights, patents, utility models, designs, know-how, trade secrets and inventions, goodwill, source code, meta tags, databases, text, content, graphics, icons and hyperlinks.
  • Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you must not copy, republish, post, display, translate, transmit, reproduce or distribute any Content through any medium without the necessary authorisation from DZYN Furnitures or from the third-party owner of that Content.
  • The Website, and emails or messages you receive from us, may include general information obtained from third parties, such as customer reviews, news and feature articles, advertisements, videos, images, photographs and other data from external sources ("Third Party Content"). Third Party Content is provided for general information only and is obtained from sources believed to be reliable. DZYN Furnitures gives no guarantee about any Third Party Content and is not liable for any loss you suffer because you relied on or used it.

17. Reviews, feedback and content you submit

  • Any feedback you give through the Website is treated as non-confidential, and DZYN Furnitures is free to use it without restriction. By submitting feedback you confirm that (i) it does not contain confidential or proprietary information belonging to you or to third parties; (ii) DZYN Furnitures is under no obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, in respect of it; and (iii) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind for it under any circumstances.
  • Reviews, photographs, videos and testimonials that you submit for publication are public. We may publish, republish and use them on the Website and in our communications, and we may decline or remove any submission that breaks these Terms.

18. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

  • You expressly understand and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website, the Services and the materials on the Website are provided "as is" and "as available". Apart from the product warranty described in section 3, DZYN Furnitures gives no warranty, express or implied, about the Website, the Services or the materials.
  • DZYN Furnitures is not liable for any loss you may incur because of unauthorised use of your Account or Account Information, or of any Services or materials, with or without your knowledge. We try to make sure that all information on the Website is correct, but we do not give any warranty about the quality, accuracy or completeness of any data, information, product or service. The quality of any product, service, information or other material bought or obtained through the Website may not meet your expectations.
  • DZYN Furnitures is not responsible for any delay in using or inability to use the Website or related functions, for the provision of or failure to provide functions, or for any information, software, products, functions and related graphics obtained through the Website, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. DZYN Furnitures is also not responsible for the Website being unavailable during periodic maintenance, or for any unplanned suspension of access for technical or any other reasons.
  • You understand and agree that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Website is obtained entirely at your own discretion and risk, and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer systems or loss of data that results from the download.
  • DZYN Furnitures is not responsible for any typographical error leading to any invalidity of any kind, and accepts no liability for any errors or omissions in any information provided to you by it or on behalf of third parties.
  • DZYN Furnitures is not liable for any third-party product or service. Advertisements for any third-party website, product or service that appear on the Website or in an email are for information only.
  • In no event shall DZYN Furnitures, its proprietor, employees, partners, vendors or suppliers be liable to you or to any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable and whether or not DZYN Furnitures has been advised of the possibility of such damages, on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action, or for any other claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase of products or your use of or access to the Website, the Services or the materials.
  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the entire liability of DZYN Furnitures to you, under these Terms or otherwise, is limited to a refund of the money charged to you for the product or service in relation to which the liability arises.
  • The limitations and exclusions in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms takes away any right that you have as a consumer under Indian law and that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

19. Violation of these Terms and indemnity

  • DZYN Furnitures may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Website if it determines that you have violated these Terms, the Additional Terms or any other duty owed to DZYN Furnitures. Any violation of these Terms by you is an unlawful and unfair business practice and will cause irreparable harm to DZYN Furnitures for which monetary damages are likely to be inadequate, and you consent to DZYN Furnitures obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that it considers necessary or appropriate. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies DZYN Furnitures may have at law or in equity.
  • You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DZYN Furnitures, its proprietor, vendors, agents and employees from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection with them and interest chargeable on them) asserted against or incurred by DZYN Furnitures that arise out of, result from, or may be payable because of any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant, agreement or obligation made or to be performed by you under these Terms or any Additional Terms applicable to your purchase.
  • You also agree to hold DZYN Furnitures harmless against any claim made by any third party due to, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, any claim that your material caused damage to a third party, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another person. DZYN Furnitures is also entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable legal fees and costs of such an action, in addition to any other relief granted to DZYN Furnitures.

20. Termination

  • These Terms continue to apply until terminated by you or by DZYN Furnitures as set out below. If you want to end your agreement with DZYN Furnitures, you may do so by (i) not accessing the Website, or (ii) closing your Account, if any.
  • DZYN Furnitures may, at its discretion and at any time, with or without notice, terminate or suspend these Terms, with or without cause, including if:
    • you breach any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy or any other terms, conditions or policies that apply to you;
    • DZYN Furnitures is required to do so by law (for example, where providing the Services to you is or becomes unlawful, or at the request of a regulatory authority);
    • providing the Services to you is, in the opinion of DZYN Furnitures, no longer commercially viable;
    • DZYN Furnitures has chosen to discontinue access to the Website or the Services (or any part of them), either in general or specifically for you, with or without reason; or
    • there are technical or other reasons.
  • Termination or suspension may include (i) removal of access to all or part of what is offered on the Website or the Services; (ii) deletion of your materials and Account Information, including your personal information, login ID and password, and all related information, files and materials associated with or inside your Account (or any part of it), subject to records we must keep by law; and (iii) barring further use of the Website or the Services. DZYN Furnitures may also delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Website.
  • DZYN Furnitures is not liable to you or to any third party for any such termination.
  • Termination or suspension does not affect any liability or obligation of yours that arose before the termination or suspension, and does not affect an order already confirmed, which continues to be governed by these Terms and our policies.

21. Events beyond our control

DZYN Furnitures is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather, strikes, transport and logistics disruptions, customs or regulatory action, government orders and other force majeure events.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

  • These Terms, all transactions entered into on or through the Website, the relationship between you and DZYN Furnitures and any mutual claims are governed by the laws of India, without reference to any conflict of laws principles.
  • All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with the Website, these Terms or any transaction entered into on or through the Website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sonipat, Haryana, India, and you accept the jurisdiction of those courts.

23. Grievances and reporting abuse

  • If you come across any abuse or violation of these Terms, or become aware of any objectionable content on the Website, please report it to info@dzynfurnitures.com.
  • For any complaint about an order, a product or the Website, write to the Grievance Officer, DZYN Furnitures, at info@dzynfurnitures.com, or WhatsApp or call +91 90347 56696, with your order number. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.

24. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, with whom we share it and the choices you have. By using the Website you confirm that you have read it.

25. Communications and newsletters

  • When you place an order or send us an enquiry, you agree to receive messages about it — such as order confirmations, payment, dispatch, delivery, warranty and support messages — by email, SMS, phone call and WhatsApp.
  • We send newsletters and promotional messages only where you have subscribed or otherwise agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe or opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email, telling us on WhatsApp, or writing to info@dzynfurnitures.com.

26. General provisions

  • Notice: all notices from DZYN Furnitures will be served by email to the address you have given us, or by general notification on the Website. Any notice to DZYN Furnitures under these Terms should be sent to info@dzynfurnitures.com.
  • Assignment: you cannot assign or otherwise transfer these Terms, or any rights under them, to any third party. The rights of DZYN Furnitures under these Terms are freely transferable by DZYN Furnitures to any third party without your consent.
  • Severability: if a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms, or part of one, to be unenforceable, this does not affect the other provisions of these Terms. The provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties as reflected in it.
  • Waiver: any failure by DZYN Furnitures to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms, or any related right, is not a waiver of that provision or right.

27. Contact us
