If the order is already packed, scheduled for dispatch, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible without deductions. Handling charges, packing charges, payment gateway charges, shipping charges, return shipping charges, and other applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Customized teak wood furniture is made as per the customer’s selected size, design, finish, or special requirement.
Such orders cannot be cancelled after production has started. Returns or exchanges are not normally accepted unless there is a verified defect, damage, wrong product, or issue that cannot be repaired or restored.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
If the order was placed during a sale, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid by the customer after discounts, coupons, offers, or bank offers.

Customized teak wood furniture cannot be returned for change of mind, size misunderstanding, colour expectation, polish tone expectation, or personal preference.
Natural wood may have slight variation in grain, texture, shade, and polish tone. Handmade carving may also have slight variation in detail, depth, and finish. These are normal in handcrafted wooden furniture and are not treated as defects.
Yes, you can raise a request if your wooden temple for home arrives damaged.
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of:
- Outer packaging
- Full product
- Damaged area
- Invoice or order details
- Unboxing video if available
After verification, DZYN Furnitures may offer repair support, replacement of the affected part, product replacement, pickup and return, or refund if repair or replacement is not suitable.

Once the returned teak wood furniture reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the approved refund will be processed within 7 working days.
The time taken by the bank or payment provider to credit the amount may vary.
