What does the warranty cover?

Our warranties covers all kinds of manufacturing defects but do not cover damage caused by wear and tear, improper use, or accidents.

How can I claim a warranty for my furniture?

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@dzynfurnitures.com or call us at 0091 95699 68780. Provide your order details and a description of the issue. Photographic evidence may be required to proceed with the claim.

Does the warranty cover labor costs for repairs?

Yes, the warranty covers all sorts of labor and parts costs or any other associated costs with it. If the damage is acknowledge in warranty, it will be entirely upon us.

Is the warranty transferable?

No, the warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to any subsequent owners.

What is the process after warranty is acknowledged by dzynfurnitures?

Once the Product is acknowledged in warranty, the company tries to restore the product through Authorised Network of Experienced Carpenters across India.
If the Product is beyond repair, the company may choose to replace the product with the same or similar product as per availability.
it is solely dzynfurnitures discretion to decide on the repair or replacement, restore it to like new or replace with the same or similar product as per availability.
For Order delivered outside India, DZYN Furnitures does not offer any warranty due to limitation of available resources, though we may provide the necessary hardware/supplements in case of a valid international warranty claim.

Can I extend my warranty beyond standard term?

Is the warranty transferable? No, the warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners.

What should I do if my warranty claim is denied?

At dzynfurnitures, we strive for perfection and have a 0.1% warranty claim for the products sold. And for the claims received we accept all claims with manufacturing defect is found. We reject any claim with wear & tear or user damaged issues. In such a case, we share a detailed explanation for the rejection

What are the conditions under which the warranty becomes void?

The warranty is void in case furniture is used inappropriately, wear & tear damaged, damage done by user, altered or repaird by unauthorised personnel, or it has been subjected to abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposed to Sun/Rain/Moisture, laid with other damaged furniture include termite rotten furniture, or any other acts which are not the fault of dzynfurnitures

Do I need to share any proof to claim warranty?

We need only your registered phone number to track your Products and associated details. In case we are unable to lookup, please share the original Invoice of the Item to claim warranty.

Can I transfer my warranty if I sell the product during its warranty period?

As stated previously, warranties at dzynfurnitures are non-transferable and are only valid for the original purchaser. Though we may consider the same at the sole discretion of dzynfurnitures.

What happens if a replacement product is provided under warranty?

In certain cases, when we are unable to restore the product to like new, we shall issue a replacement product on the sole discretion of dzynfurnitures team. The Replacement product will be the same product as per the availability else a similar priced product will be offered to the customer.

What are the limitations of liability under the warranty?

The warranty covers only repair or replacement of the product acknowledged as defective. Any associated damages, or consequential damages are not covered by dzynfurnitures. Our liability is limited to purchase price of the product.

Does the warranty also covered in Freebie or associated gifts with the product purchased?

We do not provide warranty on any gift item or freebies or accessories sent for free.
