What shipping options are available?

We offer Express Shipping for all our orders. Once the order is placed, it moves in the manufacturing pipeline.

I need my order ASAP. How can I request an early delivery?

Some SKUs have high repeatations. These are already manufactured, and ship within 2 working days of order placement and delivers anywhere in India within 7 days of order placement. Please inquire for the same on WA 00 9 185699 68780.

How do I track my order?

Once the order is shipped, you may track the same online. We share the tracking id and Logistics details over email and Whatsapp. You may also inquire about the same telephonically during Business hours.

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?

You may request for change in delivery address. If the new location is serviceable and order is not yet shipped, we will change the address for you, at no additional cost.

What happens if I am not home during delivery?

A Package is attempted for delivery 3 times before it is marked as RTO. In a case of such RTO, it will be assumed as Rejected for Delivery, and applicable charges will be as per policy.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer International shipping around the world. For more details, pls visit our international shipping page.

How are shipping charges calculated?

We do not charge any additional shipping charges on any of the products in general.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

We generally do not deliver to PO Boxes due to size restrictions. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Can you use a different delivery address, and billing address?

Yes, we you may place an order with a different delivery address and billing address.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date?

If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please contact customer service for assistance.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, but you can choose preferred delivery windows if available through the carrier, or inform to us through email or WA on 00 91 85699 68780.

What carriers do you use for shipping?

To maintain the shipping on time, we ship through reputed carriers only like Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, etc.

Till what Floor will my package will be delivered?

Due to heavy & bulky nature, We deliver at ground floor of your building. However, on special request and as per availability, Last Mile Delivery Agent may deliver till your door step.

How do you handle lost shipments?

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will conduct an investigation with the carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Do you ship during holidays?

Shipping during holidays is subject to carrier holiday schedules. There may be delays during these periods.

What are your packaging practices?

What if I receive the wrong item?
