What qualifies as a bulk purchase?
Any invoice with five or more units of a single SKU, or a total cart value above ₹5,00,000. Either condition activates the Buy-in-Bulk programme.
How do I start a bulk order?
Bulk prices aren't displayed on the website. Add the products to your cart, then write to info@dzynfurnitures.com or call / WhatsApp +91 90347 56696 for the Buy-in-Bulk quote.
Can I mix different products?
Absolutely. You can mix and match different products, as long as the total order meets the bulk value criteria.
Is there a minimum order value or quantity?
Yes. The Buy-in-Bulk programme starts at 5 units of one design, or an order value above ₹5,00,000. Typical lead time is up to 30 days.
What are the payment terms?
We need at least 20% of the total invoice value as advance with the order confirmation. You can transfer the balance 80% at any time before delivery.
Do you share a proforma invoice?
Yes, we share a proforma invoice for every bulk purchase.
Can I place a bulk order online?
No. Buy-in-Bulk orders aren't processed online. They are placed after a discussion with our team on special pricing and terms of service.
Can I get samples first?
We don't offer free samples at the moment. You can order paid samples at the website price, and if you place a bulk order within one month of the sample delivery, the per-unit difference between the website price and the bulk price is adjusted in your final order.
Do you customise furniture in bulk?
Yes, we offer customised items under the Buy-in-Bulk programme.
Do you provide installation for bulk orders?
Installation is not included unless agreed in writing. For bulk orders we can arrange unpacking and installation where a service associate is available in the delivery area; it is confirmed in your quote.
How long does a bulk order take?
Processing time depends on the quantity and the items ordered. Our team gives you an estimated timeline while you place the order.
Can I schedule deliveries for a future date?
Yes, you can schedule delivery for a reasonable future date, but tell us before manufacturing starts. Changes made after production or after shipping are chargeable for demurrage.
Is financing available on bulk orders?
Yes, financing is available on bulk purchases. Tell us in advance if you want No-Cost EMI, as the final quotation can change with the payment option.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. We strive for transparency in all our dealings.
Is there a warranty on bulk orders?
Yes, our standard warranty applies under the Buy-in-Bulk programme.
Can I return bulk-purchased items?
Returns on bulk orders are handled case by case and can differ from the standard website return policy, depending on the reason for return and the condition of the goods. Customised pieces may not be eligible for return.
