Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of DZYN Furnitures and applies to products purchased from our website.

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy and our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Shipping, delivery, damaged product, wrong product, RTO, cancellation after dispatch, and refund-related matters will be read together with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.


1. Shipping Coverage

DZYN Furnitures offers shipping across India and also ships to select international locations.

International shipping availability depends on product size, destination country, serviceability, shipping partner rules, customs requirements, and order value.

All products are packed with protective materials to reduce transit-related risk. However, delivery handling, customs handling, local movement, weather, port delay, and other external factors may affect delivery timelines.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Shipping is free for eligible orders within India unless a different shipping charge is clearly mentioned at checkout or during order confirmation.

  • International Order: International shipping is chargeable unless it is clearly mentioned in writing that shipping is included.

  • International Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are not included in the product price unless specifically stated.

  • Additional Logistics Charges: Shipping charges may vary based on product size, product weight, packing volume, destination country, shipping mode, port or airport handling, and delivery location.

  • Remote Location Charges: If any additional logistics cost applies due to remote location, difficult access, re-delivery, storage, failed delivery, or special delivery requirement, the customer may have to pay such additional charges.


3. Order Processing

  • Most products are made to order and are processed after order confirmation.

  • A limited number of products may be available for earlier dispatch.

  • Processing, dispatch, and delivery timelines may vary based on product type, order volume, destination, and operational factors.

DZYN Furnitures does not guarantee specific dispatch or delivery dates.


4. Delivery

  • Domestic Delivery: Delivery within India is generally provided on a door-to-door basis where logistics service is available.

  • International Delivery: International delivery may be provided on a door-to-door basis or up to the nearest accessible delivery point depending on the shipping service and destination country.

  • Correct Details: The customer must provide the correct delivery address, contact number, floor details, lift availability, landmark, and any special delivery instruction before dispatch.

  • Access Check: The customer must ensure that the product can safely pass through the building entrance, stairs, lift, corridor, door, and final placement area.

  • Availability: Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.

  • Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to wrong address, customer unavailability, restricted access, refusal to accept delivery, customs delay, or customer-side reason, additional delivery, storage, handling, return, or re-delivery charges may apply.

DZYN Furnitures shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including logistics disruptions, weather conditions, customs clearance, regulatory restrictions, port delay, airport delay, or force majeure events.


5. Assembly

  • Pre-Assembled Products: Products are shipped largely pre-assembled where possible.

  • Minor Assembly: Only minor assembly may be required by the customer at the time of delivery.

  • Installation: DZYN Furnitures does not provide on-site installation unless it is clearly mentioned in writing for that order.

  • International Orders: For international orders, assembly, installation, local carpenter support, local technician support, wall mounting, fitting, or placement support is not included unless expressly confirmed in writing.


6. Packaging and Transit Safety

All products are packed using appropriate protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Despite these measures, minor transit-related issues may occasionally occur due to handling beyond the company’s control.


7. Damage Reporting

  • Inspection: Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery and after unpacking.

  • Reporting Timeline: Any damage, defect, missing part, or wrong product issue must be reported to DZYN Furnitures within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required Proof: The customer must share clear photos and videos of:

  - Outer packaging

  - Full product

  - Damaged or defective area

  - Invoice or order details

  - Unboxing video if available

  • Product Condition: The product must be unused and available for inspection.

  • Important: Please do not assemble, alter, repair, move, or use the product after reporting the issue unless our support team confirms the next step.

Damage or discrepancy reported after 48 hours may not be accepted unless required under applicable law.

All damage-related concerns are subject to verification, inspection, product condition, order details, and our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.


8. Replacement, Repair, and Refund

DZYN Furnitures does not offer automatic replacement, repair, return, or refund for shipped products without verification.

Shipping-related damage, defect, wrong product, or missing part requests will be reviewed as per our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

After verification, DZYN Furnitures may offer one or more of the following solutions:

- Repair support

- Replacement of the affected part

- Product replacement

- Pickup and return

- Refund if repair or replacement is not suitable

If the issue is minor and repairable, DZYN Furnitures may arrange repair or part replacement instead of full product replacement.

The final solution will depend on product condition, photos, videos, delivery record, inspection, order details, and applicable policy terms.


9. International Orders

Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are payable by the customer unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for checking whether the product can be legally imported into the destination country.

Correct Details: The customer must provide correct name, full address, postal code, phone number, email address, identity or tax details if required, and any other details needed for customs clearance.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage charges, port charges, warehouse charges, clearance charges, inspection charges, documentation charges, and any other destination country charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Charges Not Controlled by DZYN: These charges are decided by the destination country, customs department, shipping partner, broker, port, airport, or local authority. DZYN Furnitures does not control these charges.

Customs Clearance: The customer is responsible for destination country import clearance and any document or information required from the buyer side.

Delays: DZYN Furnitures is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, regulatory check, missing buyer information, local authority process, port delay, airport delay, or destination country holidays.

Non-Payment or Non-Compliance: If the customer refuses to pay applicable destination charges or does not complete customs clearance, the order may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or disposed of as per the rules of the shipping partner or local authority.

No Refund in Certain Cases: If an international order is abandoned, seized, disposed of, or cannot be returned due to destination country rules or customer-side non-compliance, refund may not be possible.


10. Transfer of Title and Risk

  • For domestic orders, ownership and risk in the product pass to the customer after successful delivery and acknowledgement at the delivery address.

  • For international orders, risk may pass to the customer after delivery to the international shipping partner, port, airport, customs point, or final delivery address depending on the shipping terms agreed for that order.

  • If special shipping terms are agreed for an international order, those written terms will apply for that order.


11. Failed Delivery and RTO 

An order may be marked as RTO or failed delivery if:

- Customer refuses delivery

- Customer gives wrong or incomplete address

- Customer is not reachable

- Customer is not available for delivery

- Customer does not provide customs information

- Customer does not pay customs duty or destination charges

- Delivery fails after repeated attempts

- Building access is not suitable for product delivery

In such cases, forward shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs charges, storage charges, handling charges, packing charges, re-delivery charges, payment gateway charges, and other applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund, if applicable, will be processed only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

For international orders, if the product is abandoned, seized, disposed of, or cannot be returned due to destination country rules or customer-side non-compliance, refund may not be possible. 


12. Delays and Force Majeure

DZYN Furnitures shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.


13. Amendments

DZYN Furnitures reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will apply to all orders placed after the update is published on the website.

*Shipping-related support, repair, replacement, return, or refund is subject to verification, product condition, inspection, delivery record, and applicable policy terms. Made-to-order, customised, altered-size, special-finish, and personalised products may carry additional limitations as mentioned in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
