Is the video consultation free?
Yes. The call is free, takes about 30 minutes and there is no obligation to buy.
What happens on the call?
A member of our design team shows you the wood, finishes, carving and sizes live, and answers your questions on size, customisation, delivery and price.
Google Meet or WhatsApp video: which should I choose?
Choose Google Meet if you would like to join from a laptop; the Meet link comes with your booking confirmation email. Choose WhatsApp video if a phone call is easier; add your WhatsApp number with country code when you book and we will video-call you on it.
What if Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 5 pm IST does not suit me?
Use the special time form on this page, or message us on WhatsApp, with a date and time that suits you. We will confirm it on WhatsApp or email.
What should I keep ready?
A photo of the wall or corner where the piece will go, rough measurements (width, height and depth), and the names or links of the designs you liked.
Can I see the furniture in person?
We sell directly from our own factory, so there is no showroom. The video call is how you see the wood, polish and carving up close before you order.
