Shipping Insurance

Coverage: Cargo insurance can be arranged on CIF / CIP / DAP shipments. It covers physical loss or damage during transit as per policy terms.

Recommended For: High-value items, bespoke builds, and multi-item consignments.

Claims Support: In case of damage, notify within 48 hours with unboxing photos / videos and packaging images. We’ll assist with survey / claim filing.

Exclusions: Normal wear, moisture from improper storage at destination, or handling after proof-of-delivery (unless noted at delivery) are generally excluded.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

We’ll include all required export documents. Some countries may require ID/KYC from the receiver before delivery.

Who pays duties? Under DAP/DDU, the buyer pays destination duties/taxes to the local carrier/customs. Under CIF/CIP, insurance is covered up to the named port/airport. Exact charges depend on your country’s HS codes and policies.

How to estimate? Share your delivery address—we’ll provide HS code(s) for your items so your broker or carrier can estimate duties, VAT/GST, and clearance fees before shipping.

Can I place an order from outside India?

Yes, customers from outside India can place an order with DZYN Furnitures.

International delivery is available for select countries and depends on product size, destination country, shipping partner serviceability, customs rules, and order value.

Depending on the order and destination, delivery may be arranged on a door-to-door basis or up to the nearest accessible port, airport, warehouse, or delivery point.

Before final confirmation, our team can guide you about the available shipping option for your country.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to select international locations where our logistics partners can safely deliver the product.

International shipping availability depends on product size, product weight, destination country, customs rules, and shipping partner serviceability.

Please contact our support team before placing an international order so we can confirm delivery feasibility for your country.

What currency do you accept the payment into?

We are accepting the payments in INR. The Final price will be converted to INR at the Bank’s conversion rate, with minimum conversion rate.

How can I pay for an international order?

You can pay via PayPal, Net Banking, all Credit Cards with International Payments activated, and other payment methods accepted in India including UPI, Wallet, PayLater etc.

Are there different product ranges available for international customers?

We ship almost all our products internationally. You may select any of the product from our catalog.

How are international shipping costs calculated?

International shipping costs are calculated based on product size, product weight, packing volume, destination country, shipping mode, port or airport handling, and delivery location.

The final shipping cost may vary depending on whether the order is shipped to a port, airport, warehouse, nearest delivery point, or final address.

Any additional cost due to remote location, re-delivery, storage, failed delivery, customs delay, or special delivery requirement may be payable by the customer.

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

International orders may involve additional destination charges depending on the country and shipping terms.

These may include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, local taxes, brokerage charges, port charges, warehouse charges, inspection charges, documentation charges, storage charges, or local delivery charges.

These charges are decided by the destination country, customs department, shipping partner, broker, port, airport, or local authority. DZYN Furnitures does not control these charges.

If any such charge applies, it will be the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Do I need to pay any Custom Duty or Taxes in my State?

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, local taxes, brokerage charges, port charges, warehouse charges, inspection charges, documentation charges, and other destination charges may apply.

These charges are decided by the destination country and local authorities.

The customer is responsible for destination country duties, taxes, clearance charges, and other local charges unless clearly stated otherwise in writing before order confirmation.

DZYN Furnitures can provide normal export-related documents available from our side for the shipment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Apart from manufacturing time, international shipping generally takes 4 -8 weeks.

What about the Packaging for International Order?

International orders are packed with strong protective packaging based on product size, shape, and shipping mode.

Packaging may include polywrap, bubble wrap, protective foam, corrugated layers, edge protection, and wooden crate support where required.

Our team uses suitable export-style packaging to reduce transit-related risk. However, handling during international movement, customs inspection, port handling, local movement, and weather conditions are outside our direct control.

 Can I track my international order?

Yes, tracking details will be shared when they are available from the shipping partner.

For sea shipments, tracking may become active after vessel booking or shipment movement starts.

Tracking updates may vary depending on the shipping partner, destination country, customs process, and local delivery network.

What is your return policy for international orders?

International orders are not normally eligible for return or cancellation due to change of mind, size misunderstanding, colour expectation, polish tone expectation, or personal preference.

Due to high international shipping cost and cross-border documentation, returns are accepted only in limited cases such as verified damage, defect, wrong product, or issue that cannot be repaired or restored.

Any damage, defect, missing part, or wrong product issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos.

Each case is reviewed as per our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy.

What if my furniture arrives damaged?

If your furniture arrives damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

You must share clear photos and videos of:

- Outer packaging
- Full product
- Damaged area
- Invoice or order details
- Unboxing video if available

After verification, DZYN Furnitures may offer repair guidance, replacement of the affected part, spare part dispatch, product replacement, or refund if repair or replacement is not suitable.

For international orders, doorstep repair may not be available in every country. If local repair support is not possible, we may guide you remotely or ship the required spare part where feasible.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

You can request a change after placing the order but approval depends on the order stage.

Changes may be possible before production or packing starts. Once production, packing, dispatch scheduling, or shipping has started, changes may not be possible or may involve additional charges.

For custom orders, changes are not normally accepted after production has started.

Do you provide assembly services for international orders?

Most of our products require very basic installation. Currently, we do not offer assembly services for international orders.

What are the warranty terms for international purchases?

For international orders, doorstep warranty service is not normally available.

Warranty support, if applicable, may be provided through remote guidance, spare part dispatch, or repair support on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty does not cover damage due to wrong use, mishandling, water exposure, moisture, heat, direct sunlight, unauthorised repair, normal wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery.

Any warranty support will be reviewed as per product condition, order details, photos, videos, and applicable policy terms.

Can I order custom furniture for international delivery?

Yes, we accept custom furniture for international delivery, but the same takes additional time for delivery.

Who handles customs clearance for my order?

Customs clearance may be handled by the shipping provider, customs broker, local authority, or customer depending on the destination country and shipping mode.

The customer must provide any required buyer-side details such as identity proof, tax ID, importer details, declaration, permit, address proof, or other documents needed by the destination country.

DZYN Furnitures is not responsible for delay, extra charge, seizure, return, or failed delivery caused by incomplete customer information, customs restriction, import rule, customer delay, or non-payment of destination charges.

Do you provide certificate of origina and other associated certificates?

DZYN Furnitures can provide normal export-related documents available from our side for the shipment.

Certificate of Origin or other special documents may be provided where applicable and feasible.

Some documents may depend on product type, destination country, shipping mode, government rules, or authority requirements.

If any third-party, government, courier, chamber, attestation, legalisation, or special documentation charge applies, it may be payable by the customer unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

What should I do if I need to return an item for repair under warranty?

Due to high international shipping charges and cross-border documentation, return shipping for warranty repair is not normally offered.

If warranty support is applicable, DZYN Furnitures may provide remote repair guidance, spare part dispatch, or repair support on a case-by-case basis.

If the product needs to be shipped back for any approved reason, shipping charges, customs charges, documentation charges, and other applicable costs may be payable by the customer unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Can I use promotional codes on international orders?

All Current Website Promotional codes are applicable on international orders too.

How are exchange rates calculated for international orders?

We have tied up with leading banks for exchange rates. The exchange rates are calculated with minimum dropouts, and vary on daily basis.

What packaging materials are used for international shipments?

We use protective packaging based on product size, shape, weight, and shipping mode.

If an international shipment is reported lost by the shipping partner, DZYN Furnitures will review the matter with the shipping provider.

After written confirmation from the shipping partner and internal verification, DZYN Furnitures may offer replacement dispatch, refund, or another suitable solution based on the case.

The final resolution will depend on shipping partner confirmation, shipment status, insurance terms if applicable, and order details.

Is there a difference in product quality between local and international orders?

No. DZYN Furnitures follows the same product quality standards for domestic and international orders.

International orders may receive stronger export-style packaging because the shipping distance, handling points, and transit duration are usually higher.

The product quality standard remains consistent for all customers.

Do you have any Reseller/Dealer for international orders in US/UK?

We are a Direct 2 Consumer Brand. To maintain quality and optimum price, we discard any middlemen, that may come in between and increase the pricing.

Are there seasonal variations in delivery times for international orders?

Yes, international delivery timelines may be longer during festival season, high order volume periods, year-end shipping rush, customs delays, port congestion, weather issues, or logistics disruptions.

Any delivery timeline shared by DZYN Furnitures is an estimate and may vary due to factors outside our control.

What happens if I do not pay customs duty or destination charges?

If the customer does not pay applicable customs duty, taxes, storage charges, brokerage charges, local delivery charges, or other destination charges, the order may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or disposed of as per local authority or shipping partner rules.

In such cases, DZYN Furnitures will not be responsible for loss, delay, penalty, storage charge, return freight, disposal charge, or failed delivery.

Refund may not be possible if the product is abandoned, seized, disposed of, or cannot be returned due to destination country rules or customer-side non-compliance.

What happens if international delivery fails due to wrong address or customer unavailability?

If delivery fails due to wrong address, incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, building access issue, non-payment of destination charges, or missing customs information, the order may be treated as failed delivery or RTO.

Forward shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs charges, storage charges, handling charges, packing charges, re-delivery charges, payment gateway charges, and other applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund, if applicable, will be processed only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

Do I need to check product size before placing an international order?

Yes. Before placing an international order, please check the product dimensions, door size, lift size, staircase space, room access, wall space, and final placement area.

DZYN Furnitures will not be responsible if the product does not fit through the entry path or cannot be placed at the final location due to wrong measurement by the customer.

Are international delivery dates guaranteed?

No. International delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to production time, packing time, shipping availability, customs clearance, port delay, airport delay, regulatory checks, weather, strikes, festival rush, force majeure events, or customer-side delay.
