Coverage: Cargo insurance can be arranged on CIF / CIP / DAP shipments.

Who pays duties? Under DAP/DDU, the buyer pays destination duties/taxes to the local carrier/customs. Under CIF/CIP, insurance is covered up to the named port/airport. Exact charges depend on your country’s HS codes and policies.
How to estimate? Share your delivery address—we’ll provide HS code(s) for your items so your broker or carrier can estimate duties, VAT/GST, and clearance fees before shipping.
Report within 48 hours; share photos/videos for expedited claims. Note issues on delivery if visible.
Accepted as per invoice terms. Customized items are generally non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
