Description
The Ishanika Teak Wood Mandap displays a compact design which rests on the ground while its traditional elements and precise dimensions create a peaceful atmosphere. The upper section exhibits a tiered crown structure which displays multiple levels that form a distinct temple shape through its light decorative design. The top beam features narrow carved bands which enhance visual detail while maintaining structural equilibrium. The front opening is framed by solid side pillars that are straight and evenly shaped to support the roof section firmly. The inner shrine space is open and well defined with a smooth back panel that keeps attention focused inside. The platform provides both flatness and wide dimensions which enable users to place objects securely for their everyday activities. The lower base exists as one unified solid structure which maintains a tidy appearance throughout its entire design. The lower skirting features light decorative elements which create visual interest through their artistic design. The short yet sturdy legs of the mandap maintain its stability when positioned on the ground. The surface finish showcases the authentic teakwood grain patterns throughout all exposed areas. The second mention of teak color reflects the warm and natural tone that runs consistently through the crown base and lower section and gives the mandap a simple and composed presence suitable for a dedicated prayer space.
Installation
Our hassle-free installation services extend to over 19,000 pin codes across India, ensuring a seamless experience upon delivery to your doorstep. Let us take care of the setup while you sit back and enjoy your new addition hassle-free.
Decorative items are not included with the product, but available separately as per your choice. Brass items such as bells, idols, and other accessories are available at an additional cost.
Care
Gently dust your teak furniture with a soft, dry cloth each week. Wipe it very lightly with a barely-damp cloth when needed and dry immediately. A thin coat of bees-wax or teak-oil polish twice a year will replenish the wood's natural oils. Keep the unit away from standing water, harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight to preserve its colour and prevent warping.
Safe packaging
Rest assured, our premium teakwood products are carefully packed with sturdy, protective packaging for a safe transit. Please check your order at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt with photos, so we can resolve it promptly. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.

A 2 to 3 ft wall or table mandir suits most apartment prayer corners. 4 ft and above wants a dedicated wall, so measure the alcove before you choose.
We carve only in seasoned 100% teak. It holds fine carving detail without chipping and stays true across Indian summers and monsoons.
Doors keep dust off the idols and suit kitchens and living rooms. An open sanctum suits a dedicated pooja room where the deities stay visible.
The north-east corner is traditionally preferred, with the deities facing west so you face east while praying.
Drawers hold wicks and daily items; a lower almirah takes the pooja box, spare oil and festival pieces. Most families find one drawer too few.
Dust with a soft dry cloth and re-oil once a year with ordinary teak oil. Keep camphor and burning wicks off the timber itself.
