Care
Gently dust your teak furniture with a soft, dry cloth each week. Wipe it very lightly with a barely-damp cloth when needed and dry immediately. A thin coat of bees-wax or teak-oil polish twice a year will replenish the wood's natural oils. Keep the unit away from standing water, harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight to preserve its colour and prevent warping.
Safe packaging
Rest assured, our premium teakwood products are carefully packed with sturdy, protective packaging for a safe transit. Please check your order at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt with photos, so we can resolve it promptly. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Start the process from our Returns page; we arrange pick‑up and refund you within seven business days after inspection. dzynfurnitures.com

About this Pooja Mandir
The Mahashray Teak Wood Pooja Mandir in teak color presents a broad temple structure with detailed woodwork across its upper section. Crafted from teakwood, the mandir has four tall front door panels with framed borders and repeated cutwork motifs that add detail while keeping the facade balanced. Ring-style handles are placed at the centre for easy access. The stepped shikhar is a major highlight, with two bands of deep floral and vine carvings along with carved linear detailing between the levels. Five gold-toned finials crown the top and a scalloped border with a row of small bells runs across the front and sides. Geometric jali cutwork on the side panels continues the decorative pattern around the mandir. The spacious lower unit includes two wide central drawers for pooja essentials along with storage sections on both sides featuring matching jali work. Round knobs provide a neat contrast to the teak color body. Raised turned legs complete the base and give the Mahashray a well-proportioned floor-rested form with detailed carving, generous storage and a strong traditional appearance.
A 2 to 3 ft wall or table mandir suits most apartment prayer corners. 4 ft and above wants a dedicated wall, so measure the alcove before you choose.
We carve only in seasoned 100% teak. It holds fine carving detail without chipping and stays true across Indian summers and monsoons.
Doors keep dust off the idols and suit kitchens and living rooms. An open sanctum suits a dedicated pooja room where the deities stay visible.
The north-east corner is traditionally preferred, with the deities facing west so you face east while praying.
Drawers hold wicks and daily items; a lower almirah takes the pooja box, spare oil and festival pieces. Most families find one drawer too few.
Dust with a soft dry cloth and re-oil once a year with ordinary teak oil. Keep camphor and burning wicks off the timber itself.
