Shikharam Pooja Mandap

The Shikharam Teak Wood Pooja Mandir in wenge color has a tall open-front structure that keeps the pooja space fully visible while maintaining a traditional temple form. Crafted from teakwood, this mandir features a stepped shikhar-style top crowned with a gold-toned finial. A scalloped front border runs below the top section and is lined with small decorative bells that continue along the sides. The prayer area has a plain broad back panel with a raised platform at the base for placing idols and pooja essentials. Both side panels feature geometric jali cutwork that adds visual detail without making the design look heavy. The lower section provides practical storage through a wide pull-out tray and two cabinet doors with matching geometric cutwork. Gold-toned round knobs on the tray and ring-style handles on the cabinet add contrast against the deep wenge color finish. Turned wooden feet complete the base and keep the structure slightly raised. The Shikharam mandir combines an open worship area, clean straight lines, traditional temple detailing and useful closed storage in one balanced teakwood design.

Gently dust your teak furniture with a soft, dry cloth each week. Wipe it very lightly with a barely-damp cloth when needed and dry immediately. A thin coat of bees-wax or teak-oil polish twice a year will replenish the wood's natural oils. Keep the unit away from standing water, harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight to preserve its colour and prevent warping.
