Description
The Vidya Teak Wood Mandir in teak color has a simple and elegant design that adds peace to your pooja space. This home temple shows a traditional look with carved pillars and a finely shaped crown. The natural teak color gives it a rich and warm feel that suits both modern and classic homes. The pillars have elephant designs and the drawers have floral carvings that make the mandir look artistic and special. The open space allows you to place idols easily, and the pull-out tray gives a clean area for daily rituals. The two drawers at the bottom provide enough space to keep pooja items neatly. The carvings on the crown and borders give the temple a devotional and graceful appearance. This is not only a useful mandir made of wood, but also a beautiful one that can be used during everyday prayers, and also festive occasions.
Installation
Our hassle-free installation services extend to over 19,000 pin codes across India, ensuring a seamless experience upon delivery to your doorstep. Let us take care of the setup while you sit back and enjoy your new addition hassle-free.
Decorative items are not included with the product, but available separately as per your choice. Brass items such as bells, idols, and other accessories are available at an additional cost.
Care
Gently dust your teak furniture with a soft, dry cloth each week. Wipe it very lightly with a barely-damp cloth when needed and dry immediately. A thin coat of bees-wax or teak-oil polish twice a year will replenish the wood's natural oils. Keep the unit away from standing water, harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight to preserve its colour and prevent warping.
Safe packaging
Rest assured, our premium teakwood products are carefully packed with sturdy, protective packaging for a safe transit. Please check your order at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt with photos, so we can resolve it promptly. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.

About this Pooja Mandir

This is not only a useful mandir made of wood, but also a beautiful one that can be used during everyday prayers, and also festive occasions.
A 2 to 3 ft wall or table mandir suits most apartment prayer corners. 4 ft and above wants a dedicated wall, so measure the alcove before you choose.
We carve only in seasoned 100% teak. It holds fine carving detail without chipping and stays true across Indian summers and monsoons.
Doors keep dust off the idols and suit kitchens and living rooms. An open sanctum suits a dedicated pooja room where the deities stay visible.
The north-east corner is traditionally preferred, with the deities facing west so you face east while praying.
Drawers hold wicks and daily items; a lower almirah takes the pooja box, spare oil and festival pieces. Most families find one drawer too few.
Dust with a soft dry cloth and re-oil once a year with ordinary teak oil. Keep camphor and burning wicks off the timber itself.
